Our fundraiser depends on corporate and individual generosity. The demands on Help On The Homefront and New York Warrior Alliance programs are increasing daily. We have more and more veterans and their families and families of our fallen that are in crisis and in need of our help. We receive referrals from many different sources such as government and veteran programs that are overwhelmed and their programs cannot help, which is why we step in. If we don't, these veterans and their families may in some cases not make it. Their needs are immediate; they cannot wait for the bureaucratic paperwork nightmare or for a determination that there is no help available for their situation. They have already given so much. Now it's our turn to help them.
All donations, whether corporate or individual, are tax deductible!
No donation is too small - any amount will help us reach this year's goal.
We are looking for your sponsorship of our event. Sponsorships show your support of our military, police, fire fighters, and first responders. Sponsorships are just one way to bring your company’s name to the attention of our community. Another way to show your support is your presence at these very special events, which means a lot to our families' heroes. We offer different levels of sponsorship. Each level explains what your company will receive in the way of free advertising through this website and our PGRNY-HOTH Facebook Page, as well as, other promotional items.
Based on deadlines of our suppliers, printed materials require that commitment of sponsorship must be made 30 days prior to the event for us to guarantee printed advertising. All other aspects of the sponsorship level committed to will be honored regardless of commitment date. Deadlines cannot be extended. For additional information, contact us today at 585-866-1747 or info@AnnualHeroesRun
Donations may also be made through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account and may use your credit or debit card. Donations automatically go to the Help On The Homefront program.
Our ability to host and support these very worthy causes depends on the generosity of corporate sponsors like you.
Thank you.
In addition to monetary donations, a donation of your time is also valuable to the success of our event. There are many opportunities and varieties of assistance needed. Most of these assignments allow the volunteers to participate in the memorial ride as well as the other activities at the event.
The more people we have to volunteer for each assignment the faster the job will get done and the shorter time each person will have to work a shift, which will allow each person to eat, attend the event ceremony, and enjoy the entertainment. MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK.
Thank you in advance for donating your time to help make this event a success.
Patriot Guard Riders of New York are always looking for new members who join us in Standing For Those Who Stood For Us. Attending Missions and standing Flag Lines are great ways to honor the veterans who have served our country and to pay them the respect they deserve at the end of their days. However, there are many more ways to give back to the men and women that have served in our military while they are still with us and are in need of help. As a member, not only can you stand flag line at veterans' funerals; but you may volunteer at events such as our Annual Heroes Run, other fundraiser events we sponsor and administrative support positions. Visit our website at pgrny.org for more information.
PGRNY is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit and 100% volunteer organization. Donations on this site support our program of Help On The Homefront and are tax deductible. If you send a check, please mark the memo section for the Annual Heroes Run. Thank you.
